I've been golfing for a couple of years now. After each round I play, I have a
tendency to keep my score cards. I keep thinking I'll compare this
week with next week, or figure out my average for the summer, or compute my handicap,
or whatever. But all I end up with is a bunch of score cards that I do nothing with.
Being a web developer, I've decided to build a small application to help me keep
track of my golf game. After considering the thought a bit more, I've since elected to upscale
the idea into a user-centric application that anyone and everyone can use.
Personally, this application will solve a lot of the frustrations I have with tracking
how well—or not-so-well—I play golf. This simple and focused solution is something
I've been wanting for a long time, and hopefully others will find use in it as well.
I have a profound love for Firefox and this application is
best used in a modern browser, such
as Firefox, Flock, Opera, Safari (and I suppose IE7).
Have suggestions or ideas? Feel free to send me some
feedback!
